Coaches usually fall into two different categories for me. The good ones and the few great ones. Bill Macy falls into that rare great category for me. What I appreciate and value about Bill is that he will challenge me to become even greater when I think I've hit my mark of excellence in my workout routine.
He will show me a few more exercises to try, and over time I can feel a renewed energy in my mind, body and spirit and my enthusiasm for life is invigorated. It's at this time that the workout becomes a fun and playful experience.

My parents and I have chosen and enjoy Avamere Health and Fitness Club for our exercise and Personal Training needs. We prefer AHFC because of the friendly atmosphere – it is comfortable, relaxed and supportive – not like a traditional gym.
There is no competitive atmosphere or pressure. Everyone is friendly. There is very good (excellent) and professional assistance and training available. Everyone is always friendly, we love Avamere H&FC and recommend it to our friends and patients.

Barbara says she really, really enjoys Diahanne’s Cardio-Fit class. Barbara stated that she has a wonderful personality and was very conscious of people’s fitness levels in telling them to “go for it” or “just do what feels right” for them.
Marcia says that Diahanne is the reason she keeps coming to the pool. Diahanne keeps her focused on achieving her personal fitness goals. Marcia also said that Diahanne was a very observant and caring person. Marcia had invited her son and daughter-in-law one day to join the class (they work-out every day) and they were surprised and impressed by the workout they received.
Passing on another "kudo this one is from Irene one of Pam’s Strong Women Strong Bones students. Irene said that since taking the class her strength and stamina has greatly increased and she is able to do chores at home. She had never been able to prior to taking the class. She said that Pam was a great teacher.
I have been a member of Medford's Avamere Health and Fitness for a number of years and want to applaud your efforts to remodel. I was delighted to see a food case was being put in the little area that we used to use as a "chat room". Please make an effort to put healthy snacks in the case. The dispensing machine that was in the hall was full of candy, juice, cookies etc. It seemed very inappropriate for a health club and it would be great to have some fruit and protein there for those of us that come from other appointments or work and need a snack prior to excercising.
I also want to say that the staff at Medford has been wonderful. My husband and I both are so much more healthy due to the instruction that we were given, but also the friendly, kind personalities that we are anxious to go to see every week. Even when we don't feel like exercising we always feel like seeing the staff. Once were there, it is much easier to exercise.
