water exercise classes offer members a variety of intensity levels and workouts similar to our land-based
adult exercise classes. However, there are advantages when doing these exercises in the water. The water allows freer movements of joints and less gravitational stress on the body.

Cardio Fit
This class offers a complete
senior water aerobics workout, and the opportunity to challenge one’s body, spirit and mind with vigorous workout techniques. You’ll experience results quickly in this class.
Aqua Fusion
Here you'll experience moderate intensity
water fitness exercises that focuses on general conditioning and building one's flexibility, range of motion and muscular endurance.
Aqua Tone
This
water exercise class utilizes many of our aqua exercise tools to create a challenging and fun program that challenges one's body and mind. Here you'lll be able to create a lean, strong body while enjoying the comfort of our warm water pool.
In Deep
A challenging deep
water fitness exercise for those completely comfortable in the water, as well as having a solid foundation in
water exercise. Participants will use our buoyancy belts and other equipment to push and attain new levels of muscle work and fitness. If you are ready for a push in a new direction, this class could be the one for you.
Hard Core
This class attacks one's midsection (core) with the support and resistance of water. Participants are taken through many moves with an emphasis on strengthening core muscle groups. Class is ideal for improving one's posture, becoming stronger and confident—plus, this
water exercise class burns calories!
Health Hinges
A gentle program suited for beginners, those not comfortable in the water, or those with pain or limited joint movement. This
water exercise class emphasizes socialization, gentle progressive movements and building confidence in a non-competitive and nurturing environment.
Joints In Motion
This class is a progression from "Healthy Hinges". The
water fitness exercises and movements are more energetic and helps to build more conditioning and joint strength. Flexibility, general conditioning, endurance and camaraderie are emphasized in this fun class.
